Hey All!
Is there a free program that can show a Braille document in Braille dots on the screen? Or is there a way to make a print document show up visually as Braille? I know there are Braille fonts in Word; are those reliable, and how do they work? I also know about the Braille Bug, but I'm thinking of longer documents. I have friends learning Braille who want me to send them documents written in Braille so they can practice reading.
Thanks for any help,
Caitlin
Hey there Caitlin,
Try perky duck.
I got it with my Duxbery package. I know you can get it free, just google it. It visually displays dots on the screen when you use the braille keys to type.

Hey
the braille font in ms word works
you both need to have the ofnt instilled and you type using the keyboard and what you write comes up on braille dots on screen and if they have the same braille dot then it will appear on their screen as braille, BUT if they do not have the font it will just appear in normal print
